Dinner party at a Historic Arroyo house
Chez Felis had the honor of preparing a sumptuous multi-course dinner for 25 honored guests. Our chef brought to the table some of the flavors of her homeland – Moldova. There was mamaliga with pork tocana and wild mushroom ragout, brinza, dill and scallion placinta inspired sunflower pie to name just a few. Pofta Buna!
